hi all well done to you all on your weight losses over the last few weeks missed last 2 weeks but missed a week at sw then last week had a 2lb gain sam gained 1lb then this week sam maintained & i lost 2lb so hopefully back on track good luck to you all for next week

Thank you Dotty. I am not following any diet, just trying to eat 3 healthy meals a day, with no snacking between meals, except fruit, but I have been picking a little since I stopped smoking - Phill is getting me a Wii console and Wii fit for Xmas, so hopefully that will compensate for any pickings I am doing at the moment.
I lost 3.5lb this week, starting to look at nice swimming costumes for my holiday. Staff Christmas do this weekend though I am sure that will slow me down, hey ho!!!
Lost 2.5lb, bringing me to two and a half stone, put on a size 14 shirt today for work, which is an achievement for me I still can't believe I am actually doing it. x
