well sayea that is fantastic i lost 9.5 my first week thought that was good but excellant for you keep up the good work i get weighed on a wed so fingers crossed for me struggled a bit since coming back from icmeler end of aug put 10.5 on in 2 weeks goes on a lot quicker than coming off

weigh-in days can be anytime during the week but will be entered on the graph every wednesday

yay another week another loss 15lb this week woooo My doc is shouting at me though "tooo fast slooooow down" but the nurse keeps telling me its fine because Im sooooo massive it will come super fast at first...

Week one 28/09/09 - 14lbs

Hi just a diet update,
wc 28/09/09 - loss = 4.5lb, Total 10lb
wc 05/10/09 - loss = 1.5lb, total 11.5lb

Slowly but surely getting there, yay!!!!!!!!!!

Just a low-cal one 1200cals a day instead of the 4000/6000 I was eating and I do 80 lengths of the local pool 5 times a week.... nothing more :)

Its because I was 406 pounds to start so the first 100lb will come off quick and the second one will take ages Ive got 16stone to lose for next july :shock:

Well done on your losses especially you sayea :shock: well done Sam & I both lost 1lb this week coming off slowly now lived on home made veg soup this week aswell o well at least its coming off

I notice that only myselfe has gained this week,the explanation is I have started back at the Gym and have packed on 2lb of solid muscle.

I am on the weight watchers diet.
I lost 1.5lb this week, bringing my total up to 13lb, slowly but surely getting there, :D

I only lost a pound this week :( but thats because I was sick and couldnt be bothered to try. just nose dived into the food :cry:

Week one 28/09/09 - 14lbs
Week two 05/10/09 - 15lbs
Week three 12//10/09 - 1lb

30lbs total yay

it sucks but im being gooooood now :)

Hi All

Any room for a little one (well perhaps not so little!!). Have just booked our holiday to Icmeler for August 2010 (first timers!) and I soooo need to lose some of this excess baggage! I have bought quite a lot of clothes in the sales, 3 sizes smaller in an attempt to spur me on to lose weight. I am sure your support will help me along the way. I will weigh in on a Monday and report ......
