Well done once again on your losses or sorry if you have had a little gain like my daughter Sam who was quite upset tonight after getting weighed she put 4.5on but she has had a sociable 4 days wedding sat then stayed at friends for 3 days but as she said goes on so easy she dreads going away for 2 weeks she says but she has done well, I lost 1.5 so pleased with that last weigh in next week then off to paradise a week fri cant wait
good luck for next week would love to lose at least another half stone but dont think i will o well never no

Another tip is to drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses, this does seem to help. I also try to have some protein at each meal, this too is good to speed up the metabolism.
