Hi Slimmers, I am not on the graph, but have been doing Slimming World since March and to date have lost 24 pounds. Thought you might like this recipe :
Fry some onions, mushrooms, and peppers in Fry Light. Place on one side. Make up a packet of Batchelors Savoury Rice (any flavour). When the rice has cooled down, add to the veg. Place this in a dish and flatten down to form a kind of base. In a bowl beat up 2 eggs and add one carton of cottage cheese (I use onion and chive as I think it gives it just a little bit of kick) to the eggs. Add Pepper and Salt to season. Pour the egg and cheese mix over the veg base. Don't leave the egg mix just sitting on the top, try and fork it in to the base carefully. Place in the oven and bake until the egg mix has set (approx 20 - 25 mins)
This is delicious and free on Extra Easy Plan. It can be eaten warm or cold with a salad. It is a bit like a Quiche without the pastry.
Hope you like it. Going to make the Slimming World Carrot Cake today, only 11 syns for the WHOLE cake, sounds good to me!!!!!!!
