A 2lb loss for me this week. Well done Alison just shows what can be achieved with a few lifestyle changes, I'm doing a lot more walking myself and really feeling the benefit now. Well done everyone else, I'm really impressed with how well you've done jozzyd hope to one day kick the habit for good myself.
You do make me laugh Gene :lol:

:lol: Jozzy, I'm sure no one would mind lifting the crates....as long as what's inside them was for their consumption!!

I didn't go to group to be weighed this week, as I had to work. But I have weighed myself at home and lost 1 1/2lbs, which I'm really pleased with since I've been too busy to get to the gym!

This is my final week of dieting before we get to Icmeler, so really have to go for it!! It's going to be hard work with easter in the middle!
Anyone got any tips?

Well done to everyone this week, excellent losses again. Gene.........wow, what can I say. Our holidays overlap, so if I see you sitting at the buffalo, I will have to come and inspect those abs.

My WI is tomorrow morning, but I am away to Nottingham for the weekend to see my baby boy, he is 27 this year, and I have not seen him since the beginning of December. I hope he will be pleasantly surprised with my weight loss. If I am online over the weekend I will post results, if not, I will be home on Monday.

Happy Easter to all at ICR and on the forum and not too many Easter eggs to the Icmelerite Slimmers.......except Gene of course who needs to keep those abs fed.

I got weighed on Friday and I lost 1lb this week.

Just back from a lovely weekend in Nottingham and the food and drink was delicious, lets hope for a stay the same next week.

two pounds this week. the exercising has started to kick in.but unlike Gene the only thing that i have ripped is my shorts. an aerobic PJ Proby moment was not enjoyed by those behind me.curse that toe touching. :oops:

Lost 1lb this week, only 8 weeks to go so could possibly still lose another half stone (doubtful though)!

well done to you all on your weight losses & cigs sam lost 2.5 lb and i lost 3lb i am 1 lb off my 2.5 stone in 14 weeks best i have done for a long time keep up the good work for next week

I started last Wednesday, and managed to lose 6lb this week still got quite a way to go though!

I have put a 1/4 lb on :oops:
I really will have to knuckle down to some serious dieting, I've not counted my sleeps yet but they are slowly decreasing.

OOPS! 2lb on...
It would appear that the closer my holiday gets, the more I want to eat!
Next week I won't be weighing in since I'll be in Icmeler, but I'll let you all know what the damage is after all those cocktails and pints of Efes!

I'm quite suprised to be honest!
I've tried countless diets and they never seem to work :(
So i've decided not to follow one and use the good old eat less exercise more method and so far so good :)
