No I havent tried them, not allowed solid food at the moment, but from next Friday I will be on real food.......woohoo, cant wait.

are you on the shakes diet my freind is on one just four drinks a day for a week i could not do that for a day never mind a week have you lost weight on it good for you am having a bad night had a bounty and crisps :cry:

I am on lipotrim diet, its 3 shakes a day, plus at least 2-3 litres of water and teas/coffees etc. I am finding it good, not hungry at all as you go into ketosis. I have so far lost 1st 9lb but going on to re-feed next Friday as I am off to Scotland the following week for a long weekend, so you gradually have to introduce foods again. Looking forward to it.

Your bounty and crisps sounds delish :lol:

:lol: mary wish i could do that i could not last a day without food i would give in just come in been to the greek resturant starved all day so i could have a nice meal things we have to do

This has been a bad weekend and I am definitely going to have to step it up at the gym tomorrow!!
Dominos pizza, 2 drunken nights out (aka, god knows how many drinks!!), birthday cake, birthday party buffet....ARGH!!!

jools i have gained a 1lb eat allsort last night took the grandaughter out today had fish and chips then donuts i will have to be exta good for the rest of the wek :cry:

LynnJenny, you will do it. My eldest daughter is slimming and I have stopped smoking so we are keeping each other going. One day will not stop you reaching your goal. Best wishes :D

thanks jozzyd got to do it feel bloated all the time my sister-in-law wants to get fit so we went for a long walk only trouble is am more hungry when i get back so we walked to the farm and got fruit :lol:

Thank you LJ for the support. Well, now you've got me thinking about fish and chips haha! what I wouldn't give right now...
I hauled my lazy bum to the gym and was there for 2 hours, so feel a little better but just gotta do it for the next 2 days as well and you never know, I might even maintain :lol:

havent been on for a while but in my absence I have clocked up the pounds. so far I owe the orphanage twenty one pounds. at this rate I will be begging on the streets of Icmeler.We have booked with our family 31st august to 13th september celebrating my 66th birthday sept. 8th can't wait.

Hi Sheila, well done on your loss so far, you are doing great.

We decided earlier in the year that we wouldnt go £ for lb, as some of us are on lipotrim and this gives us the ability to lose quite a lot of weight, so we decided to give a small donation. Its entirely up to the individual. I want to lose about 4 stone in total, so £56 is nearly a days spending money in Icmeler :lol:
