3lbs for me this week, very pleased with that as I've set myself a goal to be back where I was in September by Feb 13th. That means I had a total of 1 stone 3lbs to lose by that date, and in the first 2 weeks, I'm over half way there with 3 weeks to go. It's looking hopeful!!

Well done this week guys, what amazing losses you're all having!!
Icmeler won't know what's hit it, with the slinky ladies roaming around! :D

I have lost 1 & 1/4 lbs this week :)
I know its not much but its a start. I am not dieting as such but trying to eat healthier and not to be greedy.
I have lost weight before but piled it back on so I want some kind of eating plan I can follow for good.

Sadly, I don't really eat Indian as it's so full of oils and cream etc, but I would recommend the slimming world "curry feast" book. It's £9.99 but it has loads of recipes in it for some gorgeous curries. At food tasting weeks, people have made some really tasty ones from there.

Is it tandoori that they cook in the clay oven? I don't think that would be too bad as it's dry. Or maybe try some of the tomato based dishes. Try having boiled rice and avoiding those lovely bhajis!

Never any need to despair mate! There's always a way.
Most important thing to remember as a sort of guideline is more sauce = more syns, keep away from the creamy stuff and avoid the fried stuff!
It's easier to do it than it seems, I think. It just sucks when you really want something you can't have!
