jivebunnie0 wrote:Well done to all those who lost this week (and to Gene who didn't put on!) With Christmas parties coming up and meals out, its going to get tough. I'm on the weight watchers diet, counting points, which can be a bit of a bummer, when you get towards the end of the day, and realise you fancy something but dont have any points left :? Easier to go to bed

I always find the Core Plan excellent when I do WW as I tend to skip between SW and WW. Core plan is so easy and there is no counting. Eat as much as you like until you are comfortably full up.

Lynda, well done on your loss, thats really good.

Duffaire, you should be losing more than that, imagine only letting Margo have £20, give her at least £50 so she can save up for her Icmeler holiday wardrobe - shame on you man!

Sheila, I also do the Slimming World diet, I love the freedom of eating so much and you are always full up. Do you do the mix 2 match days?.......I find them great.

Hi Sheila, yes I will be there then, although we go out on 27th August, coming home on 11th Sept. We try to book as soon as we get home, so we can get through the next year. :)

Well done Dotty, good loss girl.

I have nothing booked for next year yet Sheila, but I will probably be going June and late Sept/early Oct.

Donna, you never fail to make me laugh. Enjoy your stodge while your home. I thought you had lost weight when I seen you in October.

Better luck next week Jivebunnie. We cant lose every week, we need to have a little splurge every now and then. I love the options chocolate drinks, I use syns for options and a curly wurly is another treat, lasts ages.

I also love Options and tend to go for this when I need a choccy 'fix'...alas we were out shopping on Sunday in the sleet and snow, and frozen...then almost by magic on the way out we came across this stall selling speciality coffees, hot chocolate and donuts....... and the rest is history
