Hi Linda The slimming world diet is the easiest I have ever seen, you can eat so much food you would never believe you were dieting.Have a go and see what you think.I will always try to help.ochlynda wrote:I have just grilled a small chop and had a green salad with it. slimming world-sometimes green days and sometimes red days depending on my mood,greendays I can eat pasta and even have chips, and on red loads and loads of veg and as much meat as I like . nothing is forbidden.If you need any help let me know.
