Hi I came back from turkey on 18th, had an amazing time with my boyfriend. Just wondering if anyne had recipes for the dips the lavash comes with... i have been looking everywhere. Noticed someone said they are doing a turkish night can u actually get efes beer here in the UK? might have to steal your idea of a Turkish night :)

Thanks

Here is a really good Turkish Cook Book site, should not be a problem posting the link as it only shows cooking.

http://www.turkishcookbook.com/

The site is updated frequently, in fact the last recipe was uploaded yesterday.

Have fun
