Postby Katiehutchinson_1991 » 22 Jul 2009 20:06

i know you only get 15 kgs luggage when you book with aegean flights
but i was wondering if there is any way you can upgrade to 20kgs without getting charged excess baggage at the airport ?
15kgs for me isnt enough luggage allowance

Yes you can upgrade by purchasing an extra 5KG for an extra £20 each way, it's a rip off as far as I am concerned.

I emailed Agean a few weeks ago regarding reducing the luggage allowance to 15kg, plus another couple of comments, their reply was that this was a decsion of the airline "Onur" and not Aegeans.

I booked with Aegean for 2010 flights and got 15kg free. Is there going to be an additional charge now?

Flights booked before 1 July are 15kg free of charge. Booked after 1 July there is a charge to book your luggage in
