im sure you can pay it a week at a time though

I was wondering about that too, we go 21st September and have never been this late in the season before. Going to just wait and see if we need it.

I wouldn't take it as soon as you get there. I would wait and see what one day/night is like in the room and see if you require it.
I have been in October before though and still purchased air-con. Don't know if i just overheat easily, but i find that when showers, hairdryers etc are on the room gets really warm and I prefer it to get ready. It isn't used to the same extent that I was use it in the summer - i.e. having it on all night but I think it is worth it just to be able to switch on for a hour or so to cool the room down.

Well we didnt need it,the evenings were lovely and warm, but the bedroom didnt get any sun in the day so it kept it just nice, saved us £3 a day.

I have never purchased air conditioning in October - but we are all different.

cheers Mary

glad you're looking after me
it'll be strange for us to think about using them seeing as we usually go mid-august
am still determined to wear the shorts I got in the sale a week ago, whatever the temps are!

With the exception of the odd evening when I borrow one of the barmans jackets at the very end of the evening as maybe my shoulders are cold, I wear exactly the same as I do in June Fanny. Shorts, vests and bikini during the day. Skirt and top, or three quarter trousers and tops in the evenings. LOL.
