Has anyone flown recently on the 11.00 a.m. Friday flight from Manchester. Onur Air. Just wondering what the seating configuration was on the plane.

Center isle 3 seats each side

And if its anything like our Onur Air flight from Edinburgh, not a lot of leg room and really expensive to buy drinks onboard. £5 for one of those small tins of Efes, £5 for a miniature of gin - be prepared!

Onur Air planes are cramped.; I' m only 5ft and it's just enought leg room for me! No telly, radio or any inflight entertainment either.

I flew with Onur air last year, the plane going out A321 the leg room was great, as good as BA on a normal scheduled flight, the flight back again A321 was a lot worse, very little leg room but no less than Thomas Cook and other holiday charter flights.

We were on Onur Air in May it was a recently new aircraft and the seats were good better than other hoilday companies. Return trip home it was one of the older type aircraft with the reduced sitting space. Just have to hope that new aircraft do not have the seating changed.

we went on this flight last year and are doing the same on 31/7
have to say that I can't recall the seating configuration, but wouldn't it be likely to change depending on the numbers travelling??

we came back with them their was no room really cramped and they served the front and back and kept leaving the middle out people were shouting at them

We flew with them 2 weeks ago, both outgoing and ingoing the flights were fine, snacks and drinks were expensive on board and there was no entertainment but we were prepared, took our own food/drinks and i read and hubby had his Ipod. We were fine, more legroom than i was expecting. Would definately fly with them again.

We flew out with them in June on a Monday flight from Manchester,we had plenty on leg room both ways, there was empty seats by exits on return, but nobody asked to use them,I think everybody was happy with the seats they had.
22 Jul 2009 18:49
the exit seats were probably empty as you have to pay £10 each for them

Seating will be standard Airbus config 3 eitherside. As for legroom and drink prices this is a no frills flight, and they are doing nothing different to any of the other no frills airlines, you want a drink onboard then you pay the price, if you don't then that is your choice. They will scrimp on legroom to get extra seats in but Onur air have the standard pitch just like the larger airlines. If we want out cheap flights these are the sacrifices we need to make.

Thanks for info folks. We flew with Onur Air 3 years ago and were happy with flight, no problems with leg room etc. To be honest 4 hours and your in paradise, who needs entertainment etc. when you have that to look forward to. Off tomorrow can't wait. Jenny x

Flew on this flight for the last 3 years and will be on the flight again on Friday. 3+3 is the normal seating arangment but last year due to numbers flying most of us spread out and a fullrow to ourself. Cabin crew can be a bit slow but your on holiday so why worry

Their prices for drinks and sandwiches are more expensive than other airlines,we bought drinks in the airport before we boarded,a lot cheaper, and took our own sandwiches. Some airlines I struggle to drop the tray in front of me,Im only 5ft 2in,but I found we had a lot more legroom and width with Onur Air,this year and last year.

we make a point of having our first Efes on the plane, but to offset the cost I use my Boots card at Manc to get a meal deal
this time on Friday, we'll be there yey
