Mobile Phone Unlocking

A while ago, I read a thread on here relating to someone in Icmeler who unlocked old British mobile phones, but can't remember who and where it was. Can someone remind me please.

we were speaking about unlocking phones on a thread about a week ago i think
i dont know of anyone who will unlock your phone for you but all you need to do is phone up your network provider eg. vodafone, 3, orange or o2 and ask them if they can unlock your phone for you
some charge for the service but its not too much
some dont charge like vodafone wont charge
they will send an unlocking code either to your phone via text or to your email address
all you have to do is follow the instructions and it should be unlocked when you come to stick a turkish sim in it when you come on holiday
