Been saving in my tin since we came back from
Icmeler in August last year, going to open it tomorrow , cant get any more in. Going to Altinkum on the 14th August for 2 weeks with the family, but coming back to Icmeler 23rd Sept with hubby for a week, fell in love with the place last year on our first visit.

We have just counted our money jar and tin for the October holiday,
Big whisky jar - £130 which was a mixture of 5p's, 10p's, 20p's and coppers.
Tin held £285 notes, and £180 was a mixture of £2 coins and 50p pieces.
We dont go out of our way to get £2 coins, but when we do get them we never spend them. We also put the winnings from the lottery into the tin too.
This has been saved from January this year.
A total of £595 towards our next holiday in 3 weeks

I've got two tins this year - one which is for £2 and £1 coins, and the other for 50p and 20p. Both are feeling pretty heavy, so I'm looking forward to opening them in about 4 weeks time. Will post the results.
