home from icmeler

we all had a fantastic time at icmeler .
our flight was gr8 on time going and coming back .
we stayed at the alvaro .its a fantastic hotel could not fault it .the kids loves the water slide and there is a mini wacky ware house with ball pool and swing and slide .free play staion 3 with plenty of games ,pool table and dart board .the staff were gr8 my daughter loved hacan he was gr8 with the kids and go go and ibor . the cleaners were brill clean towles everyday the room was spotless every time we went back to it .we never really ate at the hotel as we like to go out to try different places .
the only thing that i would not reccomend was we went the 1st of may and the weather was a bit hit and miss .we had 24hrs of rain none stop!but it got warmer every day so that was good but it was still very chilly at night .so next time we will go the end of may .
we went to the stella show it was fab a realy good night .the kareoke bar by the beach was not open so that was a bit disapointing so we went to heaven they have kareoke every night .we went to richards place one night the food was nice .but our favorite was the mandelin .we had some good nights at the irish bar too .for breakfast we went to harry's steak house just 3 lira for a english breakfast .as for drinks efes is 4 lira at most places cocktails were 8 to 9 lira . oh yea the market at icmeler was not to good it was very small this year we were told that the rent had not been paid ! not sure how true this was though.it was just fruit stalls a few t-shirt stalls 1 shoe stall and not much else but we still had plenty of bargins from the under gound stalls the clothes are still very cheap .

all we are waiting for now is to go back in september .
