Just got back from 17 days at the Melita and realy enjoyed it ,the rooms are large, you get 2 balconies one off the living area facing towards the Munamar and beach.albeit half hidden behind trees, and overlooking thepool and bar, and the 2nd off the bedroom but only with a view of the Mirage World, breakfasts and lunches are good and priced the same as the local restaurants , staff are very nice and polite, fridge in room works well and aircon is cold and quiet, TV is small and only has Turkish channels, but who wants to watch tv.towels and bedding is changed every 2/3 days, kitchen is basic, kettle works but didnt use hotplate, Turkish night was good, plenty of grilled food and salads, and 3 acts including bellydancer, all for £10, Pool was not overused, and you could always get a sunbed, but apartments werent full so might be different July/August time.position wise its ideal, 1 min from beach 5 minutes to centre and ICR,lots of bars etc within 5 mins, plus the dolmus goes pass the door .
