This year we went to Icmeler for 1month. Stayed at the Prestij Apartments, we were a bit wary of what to expect after reading horrific reviews of them when they were called the Onat apartments just a year or 2 ago. We arrived in Icmeler on the 11th July at about midnight, there was four of us staying in the apartments and had booked two so that we were not living on top of one another for a month. Arrived and were pleasantly suprised, the apartments were next door to each other and both were clean and spacious. Most of the apartments at Prestij are duplex, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, the stairs do take some getting used to, there are banisters and my advice is to take your time going up and down for the first few days. The staff at Prestij are all lovely and Claire the receptionist is English. The pool area is clean and there were always enough sunbeds -- even when the apartments were full. Mustafa the bar boy is lovely and cant do enough for you. The owner of these apartments is selective of who stays there and can be spotted around the apartments everyday for any complaints or issues. The Prestij are situated about 10 - 15 minutes away from the beach but the walk is pleasant and we never felt that a taxi was necessary to get to the places we wanted to go at the front, even through the day. Will definately be staying there again.
