on our way to bristol airport for check in for our flight at 8pm. checked in fine but as our luggage was over had to pay which we expected as us girls always take far too much stuff. after straight up for a few drinks and something to eat before our long journey began. after sitting in the bar for 15 mintues our flight was called to board as they wanted a early departure so no time for duty free, straight on to the plane and we were quickly off 15 mins early in our extra leg room seats
flight was smooth. straight off through visa and passport control with no queues and luggage off fast. had trouble finding our transfer and when we did the coach was late so had to wait around a little but were soon off and on our way. stopped off a few places at marmaris and then straight to icmeler, finally arrived at the bahar aparts 5am shattered but excited!nshown to our room where we unpacked got changed and off out for a stroll, got to the beach intime for sunrise. cant believe i havent been there for 6 years, felt like id been there only last month. soon off to get brekkie at 8 on the dot washed down with a nice sex on the beach cocktail, great start
then soon after back to aparts and in pool to wake ourselfs up followed by a lazy day of sunning it!soon night time came and we were very excited to see fimilar faces and to see if they could recognise us, which of course they did!
spent most of our days around the pool recovering from the hangover the previous night and spent most our evenings in no name bar, known the guys in there for years so they made us very welcome! so nice to be back.
soon our week passed and it was time to come home, few tears and see u soons and we set off again for the horrible journey home. this day must have been the hottest day as we were in the mini bus melting. soon arrived at dalaman to see our flight had been put back 2 hours, we were not ammused. so after waiting around what seemed like forever we finally took off at 7.50 (turkish time) instead of 4.15!!!!
now home and have already booked for next year so now im on the count down til may this time for 2 weeks of bliss. only 244 more sleeps ha ha
dont know how i managaed to go 6 years without visiting this place but that certainy wont be happening again! roll on may
