We got back Friday evening after a brill week in Icmeler we stayed at the Elif which has much improved this year with the bar staff not having a go at you for not eating there. We flew out no delays and got the ICR transfer to our hotel which was great lovely driver and very careful driver we threw our cases in and changed then off out to see all our friends isnt it lovely how everyone remembers you. I spent each day on Denis Kapsi beach where I was served by Fred and Kerem, the beach was not so full as normal for June but I met lots of lovely people that I see year after year. We ate in different places most nights including 3 Bells, Venice and Majestic and of course we had to have 1 night at the Chippy near Drean 3 Bells (hubby loves it). We ended up each night in Irish Bar where I had to moonlight as a Bodyguard for Tina Turner, Freddie Mercury and Elvis the guy who does the acts wanted some high heels and tried to shove his size 9 feet into my size 5s I have told him I will take him some back in Sept that fit him. The hotel was lovely and clean and we were sad to leave again but will be back early Sept, flight back was on time and we arrived back in Manchester just as the rain started. Never mind it was back to work for us both on Monday and now feels like ages since we were in our favourite place. Looking forward to Sept. Megan
