Thanks Jordan for some terrific pictures

I love the changes made around the information kiosk, the paved area in front of the Prince.
A similair area with fountain is also in front of the Munamar Hotel.
It looks like Cafe Del Mar has had a major facelift, love to sit there looking over the bay and Icmeler with a pint of Efes in Hand.
My poor Korsan Bar,what will I do, now I cant have my picture taken with the Pirate.
Some people are looking towards their holidays with trepidation not knowing what to expect with all these new alterations.
I am looking foreword to my holidays with excitement now my girl is haveing a major "make over"

Gene it appears that we have the same tastes .... Korsan (we never noticed or used the new name) and The Cafe Del Mar ( a truly idyllic location, where Zena and i have spent many a time with an Efes in hand also).

We are very much looking forward to the changes and in particular witnessing how proud the owners and staff at the variuos "new" bars will be. It will be sad if Yahaha and the Dream Boys are not up and running, but we feel that with some of our regular bars not opening or them having moved that it will encourage us to visit other bars that we would not have necessarily done so. Therefore these changes look "now" like being for the good and not as they did when we first heard about them.

We think we are in for a more greater Icmeler experience than ever before......I hope we are correct

I would agree with Cummo - yes, there are going to be some bars which probably won't reappear this coming season, but this in itself might encourage people to seek out new places they might not have tried before. Icmeler has such a variety of places to offer - I've personally resolved to try out several new places this time - as well as popping into to a few old favourites, of course. I'm really looking forward to seeing all the changes - I think it will be change for the better.

The tourist information office was definitely there last year, because each evening, when we went out, we used to check what the temperature was. Pictures look fabulous, and we cant wait to see them in May. :D
