chrislee I see you have uploaded your pictures to photobucket from your computor,I use photobucket.

When you are on photobucket and have chosen a picture scroll over the pic to highlight your options.
Choose IMG CODE and left cick to highlight it then right click and copy.
Go to your photo thread on ICR and and paste the saved pic.

press the preview button at the bottom of the box to view your pic and if its ok press Submit button.
