There are several street vendors dotted around
Icmeler now selling pies from their barrows.
Dont know DC about the original sellers.

...and its a pity the barrow man who sold the yogurt drink isn't back, my OH swore by that stuff for a hangover!

The weather was a little hot towards the end of our holiday, so I didnt get to walk around too much - shame I missed this guy, would love to try his apple pies. My challenge for October.
