I see the view in the first 2 pictures every night... just as I close my eyes we're trundling up the road out of Marmaris and just getting our first glimpse of Icmeler bay.... I'm sure regular visitors will know "that" feeling!

Great photos Alan, it's lovely to see the view from the back of resort

Hi Alan need to pick your brains
looking at the last picture following the road round on the sharp bend are the large block of apartments that look like 6 or 7 buildings on the left hand side of the road the grand aquarium apartments...... :?:

we are going there this year and think that this is the location

anyone know if it is think so going by the map

yep its the one with the grey bit just on the bend. We satyed just up from them last year in the daphne but passed them every day. There is a little shop called Kosem just across the road from the apartments. They looke brilliant last year with lots of entertainment going on. Just a short ride to town on the dolmus. We will be staying near again in Eden Garden just over to the left and back a bit from Grand Aquariam. 3 weeks to go can not wait

Cant wait for next Tuesday. Been coming to Icmeler for about 12 years now. It is heaven on earth. Stay at the Efendi (non ICR) but am addicted to this website. It gives so much information and help. :P

THE EFENDI

Postby [email protected] » 27 May 2009 12:34

We have stayed at the Efendi at least 7 or 8 times now. It is very small and cosy but very welcoming. The staff are fantastic, like old friends. Counting the hours now.
