Thats Chateau De Briand, from Titanic, the scrummiest, most melt in the mouth steak you will ever eat, served with SIX different sauces!!

Is that the one for 2 have always wanted to try it, Only problem hubby likes his steak really rare (basically show it the pan) and I like mine medium. Looks really scrummy.

thats it, its best medium or rarish, well done there is no flavour. You could always ask them to cut it in half then cook one piece each how you like it?

What are the sauces that come with it?
Phill is quite fussy with certain sauces, but if there were one or two he likes, I wouldnt mind trying this fishy looking beef

you get a mushroom, a garlic, a pepper, and cant remember the others, its all served on toast
you have to give a days notice but its well worth it.
