Hi colette.I had her engagement ring altered.I had the diamond cluster changed to a solitare and the diamonds from the cluster put down the shoulders of the band.

Great photos Mark!
So lovely to see photos of friends up on these boards!
I love these guys, I've known them for about 6 years too, and wouldn't even contemplate buying from another jewellers!

Hi Mark
We have known them for 6 years too. I have had my engagement ring and eternity ring from them. We have brought several pieces of jewllery from there. My partner had also his star and moon from them.
We try and buy a piece every year we go.

Hi Jane.I also bought my wife an eternity ring from Sultans in May.They mustve done a roaring trade in star and moon pendants this year.

.My wife also got one.It may be something to do with Ibraham.

I am like the odd one out here, I dont have a star and moon pendant,

but I would love one.
Can I ask what sort of prices are the norm for these and did you have gold or silver?

Hi Reesy
My partners pendant alone was £360 with a diamond in it and £1700 for the chain. This is quite a large pendant and heavy chain. Its bigger than Ibrahims!. We have since had it valued back here in England and it is well over £3000.

Thanks for that Jane, I would imagine it looks beautiful. Its something I have always wanted but never got around to getting one.
I think I would be going for a cheaper alternative though

I bought just a Moon and Star pendant as I have chains already. The solid pendant, (about the same size as Ibrahim's,) with a diamond set in the star, cost me £160. I was well pleased.

Reesey - mine was much cheaper
It's not as big as Ibrahims, but I didn't want one that big(!)- still a good gold weight and currently set with 5 CZ stones down the moon and 1 in the star (will be replacing with diamonds next year - Ibo has given me a price!). Think it cost me £70.
Even though It's not fitted with real diamonds it's still very, very pretty and sparkles - have had lots of comments!

We all know where Reesey will be stopping off as soon as she gets there next year

Ibrahim quoted me £30 less without the diamond, but I just had to have it LOL!!!
