This one was on the way back from Pamukkale. The first picture is a carpet that took 6 workers 3 years to make. It was going to a top Paris hotel and was worth £85,000 pounds!

The second picture showing the maroon carpet at the front, it is now in my front room!

Those carpets are fantastic.

It was Ron, it had only been finished that day so we were lucky seeing it. It had to be shaved to take off all the little bits then off to Paris. Must be some hotel to afford 85k on a carpet for the lobby!

Ours is silk too, i wont say how much i paid but it certainly overflexed my flexible friend!

hi erik some lovely carpets we went to turkish village first time we went to turkey and finished up seeing the carpets we got a browm/cream rug 6 years on its still going strong they last forever lynn
