Bazza - great photos. You had a very good spot with accommodation - what's the apartments/hotel? it's cold and damp - but your pics have made me all warm again - aaah the sun, sea, sand.... !

We stayed at The Mandalin Hotel. And very nice it was too!!

Fantansic photos Bazza, felt we were back there again, only been back 1 week. You have a great eye for a photo. Look forward to more, when you post them.

Brilliant photos. Can you tell me where the one of the couple of posers was taken as we have known Nuri the guy at the back for 8 years and sadly he wasn't in Icmeler last year but spoke to him on the phone. Went to Hisaronu in July, so disappointed and wish we'd gone to Icmeler instead but have been looking at half term week so would love to go and surprise Nuri. Had some brillant nights out with him over the years and he's so comical and caring. All these photos are making me regret going to Hisaronu even more.

He is working in The Artemis (I think thats the name).. It's the next one down from The Mandalin Restaraunt as you walk towards the beach.

Great photos Bazza!

I got home last night from a fortnight at the Mandalin - lovely hotel, so great to see a photo of Aidan - he was always up for a laugh and a chat when I rolled in at 4am most nights

Shaz, I've also known Nuri for a number of years - such fun! He'll be at the Artemis until middle of October, so you may or may not catch him if you're going half term week.

Did Aydin tell you he's the sexiest barman in Icmeler?

As soon as I get my head and body to function properly I will be posting photos, and yes Aydin did tell me he is the sexiest barman in Icmeler

Would definitely stay there again, but would request a room overlooking the road, my room overlooked the pool and was lovely and quiet, but I do like people watching!

We were overlooking the road and it was brilliant watching everyone going about their business... People watching is really good fun.

Hey, I met Kirsty when she was working in Friends bar when i was in icmler in may. Was chatting to her in August and she had just packed her job in. Hope she is well and still having a good time.

We did.. and I cant compliment the food or the staff enough.. Even when we were on our way back from a hard days slog on the beach all sweaty (sorry ) and salty we were herded in for water melon and a drink.. free of charge.

I'm going to keep some for deepest winter.. it'll bring a bit of sunshine back to us all
