Akyaka
Posted: 11 Jun 2007 10:29Although I couldnt manage to get on The ICR trip to Akyaka and the Hidden lake through having another commitment on the day ICRs trip went out, I did manage to get to Akyaka for a day.
I found to my horror the bridge had been removed.
Then someone said it had been taken down to be repaired and even as I type may already be back in posistion over the Azmac river.
A very pleasant day again was had in Akyaka, the gentle breeze keeping us all cool as we lay on our sunbeds.
Lunchtime was again spent at the Sikadam Cafe were a cheese toastie and chips washed down with a couple of pints of Efes was enough to carry us through the day.
Dont miss the opportunity to visit this lovely little village by the sea.
