Just to set the record straight ..... i wake up around 6.30am everyday even at home, i like to start the day off walking (2 miles to work!) why waste time in bed sleeping when you can make the most of a day.

So i hope after you all seeing these piccies you will pack your alarm clocks !!!! :lol:
