Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

I have just got a scanner and am trying to post pics onto the forum and do not know how to. These are pics which have not been taken on a digital camera and i have scanned them and stored them on a file on my computer, does this mean i will not be able to post them?
I would be grateful for any advice.
