Well Colette seeing as you asked :D

I hope you realise the effort I've put in here from taking pictures to resizing them to cooking my Tea

I was also wandering if Admin could ask Hakan at the Old Famous if they need a new Chef

Ok here we go

1st off you need the main items ohh and a sharp filleting knife.

Image

No good looking at it, get stuck in.

Image

Now we have two nice fillets.

Image

Image

No meat left on here, what a good job.

Image

Let the two fillets dry off.

Image

Time to make the batter ready for the evening.

Image

Image

Looks ok to me.

Image

We are getting there now, just slap this fillet into some flour.

Image

Looks good from here.

Image

Image

Drop the fish into the batter mix.

Image

There you go.

Image

The fat is just getting hot.

Image

Whilst the fat is getting hot, Emma made these for our Tea, 2 each and they blew you're head off.

Image

The fat is HOT, time to drop the Fish in and cook it.

Image

MMMmmm looking good now.

Image

5 minutes later and look at this.

Image

Getting trigger happy now with this camera aren't I lol.

Image

Yummy, just need a wee bit of Tarter Sauce now on the side then I'll go and enjoy my delicious Tea.

Image

Making you feel hungry Colette ?

Image

Sat down with this lot at 17.30, whilst watching O'Grady show. Not being big headed but the Fish was absolutley beautiful, I know you only have my word, I have a fillet left for you to taste if you don't beleive me :D

Haha Colette :D

Thank you darlin for the nice comment though

Emma will tell you what they are when she gets back later as I have no idea what there called, all I know is they are whole peppers with sweetcorn inside along with chilli's and cheese metletd over, Emma better explain that one

Kitchen is cleaned as I go, which reminds me, looking at the pictures the kitchen is in need of a lick of paint. Been servicing Emma's car though ready for the Winter

Hi Colette - sorry I haven't been on for a while (I have been addicted to my new Xbox 360   ) they were just green peppers sliced in half then I stuffed them with tomatoes, sweetcorn, cheese, jalapeno's and chillies. They were very hot and I think next time I will take the seeds out of the chillies
