So sad if Jimmy's okimo will not be there this year , one of our favorite restaurants in icmeler , last year it was Charlie's who turned into a bag shop . what next /// is it the all inclusive s that's killing Icmeler restaurants ??? .

nice to call in okimo after meal .also had a few meals in there nice bar jimmy and is wife the best

We always went to Jimmy's, steaks were legendary...but last year it wasn't good at all, think they'd changed their chef.

Lovely photos JT , but so sad to see Jimmy's Okimo restaurant up for sale or to rent. Such a lovely man, we loved having a chat to him while having many a breakfast there. Will never forget the day i went along with the hubby suffering from one or two many cocktails and he sorted me out with a vile drink, can't remember the name but it worked like magic! Sure Jimmy will be a big miss in Icmeler

hi jt shame about okimo bar great pals of jimmys, any idea why hes selling we missed icmeler last year first time since 1994 but back this september.

Also another one gutted to see Jimmy's up for sale My 8 year old loved the swordfish!

So sad that Jimmy is selling up. He phoned on Christmas Day with greetings for us and said he hoped to see us in June but at the time I did think it a strange statement but didn't question it. Have e-mailed him but so far haven't had a reply. Have been going to that restaurant since it first opened when he had a pianist and Jimmy would render a few songs himself which was very enjoyable. Maybe he will have 2nd thoughts.

Hope Jimmy does ghange his mind, great restaurant, and great music icmeler won,t be the same without him and his lovely wife.
