New build on site of old 3 Bells...believe it is to be a Bank!


Laylas Sultan (formerly The Lemon Tree) now standing empty

New build just down from old Lemon Tree

ATM's now near Florida..though probably temporary until Centrum has been finished

All marina shops and "lighthouse" have gone

I was very interested by the new build down from the Lemon Tree, which is next to the Avlu 4.
Can you say if it is a private house or bar/hotel/restaurant??.
Amazed by the changes going on, can,t wait for July.

It looks as if it's going to be residential, but who knows. If I find out I'll post.
