we went about 4 years ago on a trip it was lovely, did you hire a car to go, we are thinking of doing this in september

hello sue,because there was a few of us we booked a minibus,quite reasonable,dropped us off in the morning & picked us up later that day,was thinking of spending one night there next year,just makes a bit of a change.

Erik you pass it on the way into Marmaris

From the airport there is only 2 lef turns and this is the second one.

As you turn left at the lights keep looking to the right and you should be passing that way about 15:00 and you will see the sea in the distance and lots of kite surfers and that is Gokova/Akyaka

We spent a day there 3 years ago, nice change.
Found it a very laid back resort. Would recommend..
