Two pics taken from the top of the canal (you can see Florida bar in background) looking down the road which connects with main road in from Marmaris. Along this road was a small canal/stream which is in the process of being widened. As this road also leads to proposed new site for canal stalls I am wondering if a new, more attractive walkway is being built to guide us there? Only a guess.

I will be in Icmeler next week and will make a point of calling on the Mayor to ask him what is happening for the future

I think with this new canal project Icmeler has become a more exciteing place to visit,we have lost the market stalls but gained another place to wander in the evening and take in the sites (sights) of Icmeler.

Anyone tell me were the Florida bar is? I'm trying to get my bearings

If you walk up the canal from the beach you will come to some crossroads...on the left hand corners are Broadway and Sports Bar...on the right hand corner you will see the Florida Bar.
Alternatively if you walk away from the ICR webcam and pass Diva Bar and Loveboat on your left hand side you will come to the same crossroads with the Florida Bar.
