Names to be taken shortly for the annual pilgramage up to the flag in Icmeler.
It could be a race between Colletts lot and our gang,all procceeds towards redrhinos Efes fund.

I believe Rab and Elaine fancy it.

I will of course again be at hand at camp Tommies to take photo's and keep up moral

If they have installed a cable car or a funicular railway with a bar at the top serving ice cold Efes you can count me in, (Future Business Idea) else I may join JT at Tommy's unless someone wants to give me a piggy back.

Having spent time with JT at Tommy's "supervising" last June's climb to the flag, I'm not sure that it's the easier option...

Count me in. Staying at Faber (Aug 12th for 2 weeks) so will have a head start on you all I think??

When are you talking about doing the climb? there 21 August until $ September

John I just read your reply to Elaine and she burst out laughing and said the only way she is going up there is if she is carried.Remember she saw the state of us when we returned from the last climb. But if anyone fancies it between 25th May - 3rd June I am willing to give it another go.To Gene are you having another go this year ??

It nearly killed me and the wife last year, if it hadnt been for paul and all our other minders we could never have reached the top.
I took loads of water with me, carried it all the way to the top then pancho went and drunk the lot.

After the climb we all met in Tommys,I ordered my pint and drunk it that fast I almost drowned.

Poor Pancho - he was exhausted by the time they got back. Even after drinking all Gene's water, he was still so thirsty that he downed several dishes of water, and so hot that John had to hose him down!

Pancho had been on the top before and was ok and not done in but I think because David kept him on a leash and used him like a sleigh dog it nearly killed him so no more for Pancho unless I take him up and, well you know that outcome

Would have made him hotter hosing him down Dogs pant to cool themselves.

Aww Pancho likes his trip up the mountain, but then Pancho likes cats from what I remember

The only way I will see the top of that hill is from the window of a plane

John Elaine is of the same mind as you she says someone needs to take responsability at tommys to watch if anyone slipps and rolls down
