Wow, Happy days. Thanks so much. Will make the pain of leaving our three on their holidays at the farm they go to whilst we enjoy our holiday. Look forward to the details and thanks again.

Hi emziebabey

This is 15-20 mins outside Icmeler. On the Dacta road I think,Inland.

I think for a taxi it will cost 75 lira return trip ( £30-£35 return ).

Last year Vince from the Demi took us for the knockdown price of 60 lira return. Quite a good price for a family of 5 if you ask me.

I think the kids had more fun with Vince's crazy driving, than they had at the Asparan. .

It is a wonderfull place to visit and worth every penny.

Yvonne I've only just heard about this shelter today and I'd be very interested in knowing more about it.
We are coming out next month and as we're having to leave our dog at home it would be lovely to visit the shelter and lend a hand if we can.

I went to visit the dogs shelter in Icmeler when i was there in may. They are always needing collars and leads and doggy treats as they are so expensive over there. Ive got my case packed already for my next visit. Visitors can take the pooches for walks with the owners but not too sure what times. Enjoy. Jacky aka fifegirl

Thanks Jacky, I've put collars, leads and toys on my list for next time I'm in Poundworld and I'll defnitely be going to help walk the dogs :-)
