Çinar restaurant. If you get the opportunity to go there, take it. It's a beautiful place and so cheap as to not be believed. A huge meal for 2 of us came to 36 lira and I couldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day afterwards!

Çinar is off of the beaten track actually. It's a turning off of the main highway into Marmaris as you're coming from Dalaman. It's difficult to give directions as I was on the back of the boyfriend's motorbike and concentrating on keeping my sunnies on at the time.

The best advice is to ask in the local places in Icmeler or your rep - maybe ICR reps will be able to give you directions? :D

edit: just found this on google

Çınar

Marmaris, Turkish Restaurant
(252) 495 80 79

When you go out from Marmaris through Muğla you arrive the Sedir island cross. After entering this road, approximately 3 km later you find the Çınar Restaurant with its protected original nature between the traditional old Muğla Houses. Its name causes from the hundred years old trees which we can eat the natural foods under their shadows. The favorite things in the menu are natural village foods at the breakfast for the other hours of the day time fried bıldırcın and roasted meats you can chat with your friends near the fireplace either on the table or on the floor while having your meals. You can also stay for the night in the traditional Muğla houses which are open 35 days in a year if you wish. If you want to visit a warm and natural ambiance Çınar will be the best place for it. Credit Card will not be accepted

We went to Asparan with some friends last year. It is a beautiful place and the the meal was gorgeous.
The previous day they had a wedding there and the flowers everywhere were gorgeous.
It is well worth a visit, but it does get very busy.
