I had the fried ice cream at The Lighthouse - you must try it!
It's just hard-frozen vanilla ice cream dipped in a batter mixture then dropped into extremely hot oil for 5 seconds and served with lots of lovely chocolate sauce...... absolutely gorgeous, but definitely not a good one for the old waistline!!

Don't think he's there this year, didn't see him when I was out there in May. The other chap is still around though, working on a different stretch of beach.

I've told people who haven't tried it and they all say errrr!!But can't knock till you have tried it haha!!
