The first note of the day they kiss the note say a little 'prayer' and then wipe it back and forth on the floor - brings good luck for them.

It is a large piece of fillet steak cooked how you want it, served with approx 6 different sauces and a variety of veg. They cut it in to slices and serve it on your plate on a piece of toast. It just melts in the mouth and for around £20 for 2 is well worth it in my opinion, an end of holiday treat!

I did think the steak looked a bit bizzar at first , but you make it sound really nice. Maybe another new thing to try next time we're there!!

The 'steak brioche' looks like Chateaubriand or as I saw it on one menu last year 'Chateaubraind' LOL
Certainly worth having if there's two of you, and it melts in the mouth.... drool

i think it is more or less Chateaubriand JB, ive seen it elsewhere and it doesnt look much different.
