Cameras

Hi all

Firstly, sorry JT & Rami if this post is in the wrong place

I am after some advice without the sales push as experienced in "Currys" (not the TS, thats a different Curry   )

I have always used a Canon powershot A60 camera with pleasing results and good quality photo's. However i want to get closer photographs...if that makes sense, i mean, if i was sat at Black Rock (Cafe Del Mar) and took a picture of the lighthouse, i want to see the lighthouse brought closer in the photograph.

The camera market is very confusing and i really need advice. I don't want to be changing lenses, but want to use an auto facility with manual zoom as i do now. Budget from what i have read needs to be £200 - £500 and that is okay.

Here's hoping someone can help, and with some of the lovely photo's i've seen on here then i'm sure somebody can.

Could also checkout the Nikon coolpix s9100 , 12 mp , 18 x optical, 4x digital.

For really close up shots, fancy one of these myself, The Sony hx9. this is a 16mp, and packs a 16xoptical zoom, and a massive 64 digital . 1080i hd movie

I use Fuji sx4000, 14mp, 28x zoom, bridge camera and find it a good point and click with high grade pics. Easy to use yet loads of features if you want to be in controll of your pics. Iam no expert when it comes to cameras but I find upgrading every few years the best way to go.
