Hi there. Im looking to leave for Marmaris in a few weeks to try and find work for the season. Im only 17 though and was wondering if I will be able to find work in a bar or club at my age? Also wondering how to go about job hunting, should I just go into all the bars/clubs/restaurants and ask in person? If anyone is going to Marmaris in the next few weeks let me know.

Officially, you can't work without a work permit - so your age is immaterial. You could probably find a job but bear in mind, you would have no legal protection if anything went wrong. I don't want to sound terribly negative, but as you say, you're not very old. I'd try to get in touch with some foreign run places to see what they say.
