Gulet Hire

We are off to turkey again in May 09 for two glorious weeks and wanted to know if any one can recommend Gulet hire for an evening, with a crew as we dont have sailing experience, Would love to get our own charter over to Cleopatra's island,
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated,
