Verona Hotel Turunc?

Postby jondawn157 » 03 Aug 2011 08:15

Hi
We are thinking about staying at this hotel it used to get bad reviews but the reviews from this year look ok especially for the price, has any one stayed here recently that could advise us about the food & drink also how much the air con & safes cost there will be us 2 with our 2 year old daughter. Thanks John, Dawn & Baby Nikki

Hi John, are you sure that you want to book Turunc? It is very "sleepy" and although a lovely place to "pop" in to, it may be difficult to keep your families attention there for too long. Only my obsevation but i m sure that Mary (reesey) knows more about it. Mark.

We found Turunc WAYYYYY too quiet for our liking, and we are in our 50's. We dont like it all boom boom, but a little bit of boom would have been nice. Unfortunately Turunc wasn't the place for us, an hour or so from a boat trip is sufficient for what we like.

We are all different though and it depends on what you are looking for in a holiday.

Sorry I cant help with the hotel.

Think the last part of the transfer (from Turunc) needs done by taxi as well if the reviews on TA are anything to go by.
