Serin Hotel Marmaris

Hi normally stay Icemeler side but am looking at Serin Hotel AI in Marmaris... reviews are a little mixed.
Has anybody stayed so far this year and can let me know whats its really like.. would be the wife, me and 10 year old daughter.
