we're just back and must admit we were slightly disappointed in the taj this year although we've loved it in the past.....maybe what put me off was that we were told earlier in the day that there is no kitchen on the premises and that the food is brought in from marmaris during the day and re-heated when you order

I dont care where it's brought in from ha ha
we went in AUgust and it was fantastic - once I'd got my head around my garlic chicken starter being green and I MEAN green
it tasted just like tandoori chicken with extra garlic, but the colour was bizarre

This was our favourite restaurant last year and was just as good this year, we went 3 times, the last being 5 days ago. I wish I was there now eating their beautiful Korma, it's the best I have ever tasted. The pilau rice is also delicious and my husbands favourite is the lamb balti. I can't wait for next year to have my fix! Can't rate it highly enough, it is well worth a visit and the staff are also great. Thankyou Taj Mahal!

I just wish Phill would be more adventurous, in all the years I have been going to Marmaris and Icmeler, I have never eaten in the Taj Mahal, and I love a good Indian.

Tried the Taj Mahal for the first time last week as daughter fancied an Indian meal and have to say, it was very good indeed. Really enjoyed the food and the service was good too.
