Cupids Steak House

Postby jackie » 02 Aug 2008 18:17

:D
Tony and i went in here most days when we came off the beach.
just love their frothy coffee :P all different tea to chose from. Thought i was back in England he!he!
Free internet to use if you wish.
I had lunch most days which was beautifully presented and very yummy :P
We didn't try have a meal at night but i am told that they are excellent.
Everywhere is sparkly clean and when you have finished your meal there are even comfortable settees to sit and relax.
Thank you for making us welcome.
see you all another year.
Highly recommended.
Lots of love
Jackie & Tony

I agree with Jackie completely.Cupids is a great place to eat out. We went there quite a few evenings in June when we were on holiday. It is new this year and is already getting a good name for itself.
Never once had a bad meal and the sizzling chicken is the best I have ever tasted :D :D

Cupids IS the best restaurant in Icmeler this year. Nice food, relaxed atmosphere, good service and pleasant staff.

I tried this restuarant last week after reading good reviews and i wasnt disappointed. The restuarant was spotless, the staff were lovely and the meal was fab. Ill definitely be back and would certainly recommend it to anyone who hasnt been. Its right next to L'etoile hotel and across from the Prince restaurant.

We went to Cupids on our last night in September, only regret was that we didn't go the first night! It has class, brilliant food, excellent service, music at just the right level to listen to and enjoy and chat aswell , perfect! I hope other restaurant/ bars follow their example. It will be a definate must in May next year :D

Nobody's written on Cupid's guestbook this year so I thought I'd better!

Didn't get round to trying the food here last year, but it's now my joint number 1 favourite (alongsize Ozzys).
King - of Charlie & King fame, ex-lighthouse/Bonjour/Olive Tree- is now in charge there and he's got a great team working with him.
The food is superb, the service excellent and ooooh the desserts are huge! Think we ate here most during our fortnight.

It's also a great place to chill with friends till the small hours.

Fillet steak –
Chicken Sizzler
Beef Sizzler
All meals beautifully cooked and presented, also good value for money in lovely surroundings. It was great to see Alex (ex Champagne who is positively thriving in his new job). Also got to meet the lady who is making Alex so happy his fiancée Dee). Visited here several times during our stay.
Looking forward to eating here again in September.

We did not eat here but nipped in for a drink when we went to the beach every other day.

Oi Garry was the first thing I heard, and when I turned round it was Alex from the champagne last year.
The guy is a true Gent :D . I dont think he ever stops smiling :D .
We never had a meal here so cant coment on that, but the service from Alex is 1st class.

Can't fault the food here, however the service I received was far from satisfactory. The waiters were far too mesmerised by the females in the restaurant to bother about anyone else.

Ate here and the food was excellent. There was a large table of 20 so we did have to wait a little while for our main course, but the waiter was very good at informing us of this. The service was very good and the restaurant was very cool, clean and bright. There is a wii for the children to use and we would definately return to this restaurant again.

We were recommended to try Cupid's on our first visit to Icmeler in July of this year, and are so glad that we did try it. Our food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was excellent. Big hello to Antonio Cappacino, and Alex. We were made to feel very welcome and the four meals we had there were brilliant. My son is a very fussy eater, but he ate all his meals. Fab restaurant and can't wait to go back to visit next year, only sorry have so long to wait.
