Sizzler last night

I have read many comments over the last few months about the rise in cost but I must tell you of our experience last night.

There were 4 of us and I went with the intention of having an Indian meal. However on arrival we were drawn to the specials board and to cut a long story short 3 of us opted for the Sirloin Steak.

Wow, when the plates arrived not only were we treated to a dish of the highest quality but also quantity. I would guess that the Sirloin was approx 12oz and was cooked to perfection and it melted in your mouth. In addition the trimmings included chips, mash potatoes (amazing) mushrooms, carrots and salad.

The cost for the 3 steaks --- 75tl approx 27 pounds or 9 puns each. Do I class this as expensive ? Not on your nelly, I wish I could get the same quality in England

However, I suggest you don't take my word for it, don't just listen to other peoples opinions. Go and try it for yourselves.

A fantastic 10 out of 10 from our party

Chris

Nice one Chris, glad you had a nice experience - I too will probably try it when I get there - What are the Indian meals like? Do they do a hot Vindaloo like here in the uk or are they more geared towards Turkish taste buds? (not that I know what they like spice-wise).

visited this year .

Was the most expensive meal of our holiday and also involved a wait of over an hour even though , there were only 2 other tables ( of 4) seated.

FAiled to live up to expectations for me

Well we've just come back from Icmeler and visited the sizzler 4 times, we enjoyed every single meal we ate there, and the service was second to none, ok we had to wait a little longer but I didn't mind because I knew the food was being cooked fresh for us. Hakan and Levent are great hosts and in my opinion you get what you pay for and for me it was good value!

I would like to wish Hakan and Levent all the best for whatever they do next year from Theresa and Pete in Barnsley.

Went here for a meal as the guy on the door lured us in with his set meal offer and freebie meal for the kids.

An Indian 3 course, Chinese 4 course, two kids chicken and chips with ice cream. 2 rounds of drinks for 65 lira.

Cheapest meal of our trip and one of the best.
