Tony....
Firstly there's no need to shout (you can take the caps lock off)

Secondly the only reason it's crammed is that people insist on taking the whole family into the Visa area. This makes it more stressful for themselves and eveyone else (kids moaning/crying etc). If every group sent one person in with all the passports the process would be much quicker.

So yes at busy times with flights arriving close together it can be busy.

(Note to Admin: Could we get a sticky on this subject?)

No problem Tony it's only at passport control you all have to be there.

Hadnt thought of that actually, your right, everyone just troops up to pay their Visa money, obviously thinking that you all have to go - lets start a campaign to "reduce the queues" ... i'll send the other arf when we go in 2 weeks!

I'll join that

Could you also start one for collecting cases. If people stood back a bit from the conveyor belt, then stepped forward to collect their cases when they saw theirs coming through instead of all crowding round the belt at the same time it would make things a lot easier.

Have you noticed Colette it is all the men moaning not the women, they just cannot take the pressure like us women, they can't do 10 jobs at once like us
